Location: 1600 Exposition Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95815

Sacramento area homeowners are facing a double whammy this fall and winter: a continuing drought, interrupted by a possible deluge. Is your home and yard ready for continuing watering restrictions and higher water bills? Can your house and property withstand possible flooding from the heavy rains due to the forecast of an El Nino winter? Start preparing your mental checklist by visiting Sacramento’s Fall Home Show at Cal Expo.

Talk to the landscape pros who can give you ideas for using less water in your yard. Want to take out that lawn in the back and put in drought-tolerant plants or an outdoor entertainment center, with a kitchen and patio? Talk to the many vendors at Cal Expo this weekend for the answers, including Renewal by Andersen of Sacramento. Many vendors will be offering “Show-Only” low prices and specials. Check out the event website for special, last minute discounts and offers from the exhibitors.
