Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to meet/exceed set goals
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Work nights, weekends and holidays (Excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas)
- Reliable transportation
- Current copy of auto insurance policy
- Willing to travel 50+ miles to store
- Experience using Excel and Google Drive
- Must have cell phone w/ data and text messaging
Responsibilities:
- Speaks with homeowners in a public setting to gather information about the condition of their windows and subsequent needs
- Schedules appointments for Design Consultants to do complete in-home inspections to make a proper assessment and offer solutions
- Communicates with management daily
- Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner
- Professional appearance at all times
